Design It Monday ~ {You Were Meant To Shine}!

Good morning PRS fans! Have you been enjoying all of the fabulousness from the design team featuring the super cute Blossom Stamp Set? I have another fun card to share with you today, that’s full of shine and sparkle!

Using a single blossom from the set, I stamped it several times on a white panel using London Fog ink. After coloring (Tombow Brush Markers) the images using sketchy strokes, I die cut a star from the panel. I filled the star with several sequins, confetti and seed beads from Pretty Pink Posh to create a shaker. This was all layered onto a sky blue panel with a die cut scalloped edge. This sentiment works perfectly with the sparkling shiny elements in the shaker, don’tcha think!! It’s stamped using Versa Mark ink then heat embossed with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder.

I mention that I colored the blooms with Tombow Markers. I wanted the coloring to have the same sketchy feel of the stamped images, so I just followed the loops  in the same sketchy manner. I few sequins in the centers of select blooms helps to pull the design together.

Thanks so much for popping by today. Stay tuned for more from the team this week using this amazing new set!
