{create it wednesday}… Merry Christmas

Hello PRS friends!!!  Rosemary here on the blog today.  Are you lovin’ the new Sketchy Christmas stamp set???  I know I am!!   Today I have a card I made using the Sketchy Christmas set and traditional Christmas colors of red and green with a touch of gold.   I used the current sketch from Sweet Sunday Sketch so I will post my card there, as well.

I stamped on of the trees from Sketchy Christmas using VersaMark watermark ink, applied some JudiKins Twinkle Pine embossing powder, heat set it and then trimmed it out.  A thin banner was die cut from white cardstock and then stamped with the sentiment in a dark red ink.   To finish off the card I die cut a panel from white cardstock and then two of the smaller panels from mirror gold and dark red cardstock.  The two were adhered together and then adhered to the white panel.  The tree and banner were added along with a wood veneer star that was inked with gold ink.  To make everything pop a bit more I adhered the main panel to a kraft cardstock base.

Thanks for stopping by today…
