Project Thursday ~ Holiday Gift Pocket

Hello & Happy Thursday!!  I’m here today with another Project Thursday creation to share.  This is my first of a couple of Project Thursdays showcasing the new holiday stamps set ~ Sketchy Christmas

For my project, I made a gift pocket from a plain white treat bag.  I folded the bag in half and used Scor Tape to adhere the sides together.  This creates a couple of “pockets”.  I made a matching ornament/tag that tucks into the pocket.  I embellished the pocket with some paper, ribbon, twine, and sequins.  There is room in the pockets for many different types of small gifts for the holidays – cash, gift cards, candybars, etc.

  1. Kim, so pretty and so useful, especially as the holidays roll around! I give a lot of gift cards and this pretty design would be ideal! Love the pretty pinks paired with the twine and corrugated kraft paper…such a pretty color combination!
