Happy Friday, everyone! It’s Judy and I’m here with my final card for the “Sweet Pea” stamp release. I have had so much fun with this adorable set, I hope you have gotten your hands on it and have had a chance to play!
For my card today, I decided to make a background pattern on the card base using the largest sweet pea image, then filled in the open spaces with the tiny heart stamp. I stamped the adorable smiling sweet pea image on white card stock and colored with colored pencils, adding Sakura jelly roll glitter pen to the hair. The “smile” sentiment is from the “Positive Thoughts” set, and I stamped the lines under the sentiment using the same green ink as the card base stamping. I layered the white circle onto a scalloped circle punched from green glitter paper. I popped that up using foam tape onto my card base, and voila! A colorful, quick card meant to brighten someone’s day!
I hope you are enjoying all of the wonderful cards the Design Team has been sharing using this adorable set. Be sure to check it out in the shop if you haven’t already! It would be a great addition to your stamp collection…and maybe you can grab some of the newly released sequins while you’re at it!
Thanks again for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed my card!
