Welcome to Saturday Creations where I have masked several of the stamps from our PR Oh Christmas Stamp set to create my sentiment:
I decided to go with the non-traditional colors of pink and green just to mix it up a bit. I used oil pastels to watercolor the background and stamped a wreath from the PR Joy Stamp set with Versamark and embossed it with leaf green embossing powder:
Some twine and pink mini pearls were the perfect compliment.
The word Merry was heat embossed and then colored in with a pink marker. Can you see how I masked the sentiments to make it work?
TIP – Use a marker to add ink to one word – in this case Christmas – to get a good crisp image.
I hope you like my card!

Oh, wow! Love the embossed pretty wreath, Sue!! Such lovely colors with the pink and green! Fab Christmas card! Have a great weekend!:-)
Even though it’s pink and green it still has a beautiful traditional look to it!I like that you used a kraft base to pick up the color of the twine. Great work with the two sentiments. Love this on too Sue!!
