Hello, everyone! It’s Judy here with my first installment of {Inspire Me Friday} featuring the newest release Date stamp set.

When I received this stamp set, I knew it was time to take the plunge into making my own planner. My 16-year-daughter started a “bullet journal” around the same time, so we have been giving each other ideas, searching Pinterest, and having a lot of fun together!
I decided to make a two-page spread in order to keep track of birthdays each month. I started with March, and I had a great time pairing up the Date stamp set with a few other favorites from Precious Remembrance Shop (listed below).

I started out by stamping the heading box. Next, I drew the lines with a fine tip Sharpie. I stamped the month and the dates in green ink (in honor of St. Patrick’s Day).

Next, I drew two cascading pencil lines in order to create banners spanning both pages. Once I stamped the mini flags (from the Oh So Fun stamp set), I drew a dashed line with my Sharpie, then erased the pencil.

I used the splatters from the DIY stamp set across the bottom of both pages, then finished it off with the large circles and sentiment from the Positive Thoughts stamp set.
Once I finished all of my stamping, I went back and filled in the family and friend birthdays for the month. Here is how the finished project looks now:

I am still a “newbie” when it comes to planners, and I enjoy learning as I go. I am having fun with this versatile new release Date stamp set, and it is so fun to mix and match all of my PRS stamps with it!
I’d love to see what you are making with this set…be sure to post your creations at Precious Remembrance Shop Instagram page using #preciousremembranceshop or #preciousremembrancestamps. I know I would love to learn more ways to use this set in my planner!
Thanks for stopping by!
