Create It Wednesday~Thank You In Green

I’m easing into Fall today with a color combo of ivory, two shades of green and soft gold.  I began by repeatedly stamping an image from the Thanks stamp set in light green ink on an ivory panel. The focal point was made by stamping another image from the same set in a darker green ink on a strip of light green cardstock.  By using a stamp positioner, I was then able to stamp with Versamark and emboss with clear powder.  The mat is a slightly larger strip of  darker green cardstock.  I colored the three hearts with soft gold glitter glue for a touch of sparkle.  I wanted a fairly flat card to mail, but needed some dimension since the card and background are both ivory cardstock.  This was easily done by adding a couple extra cardstock layers under the panel.  I did use foam tape for the green strip for even more interest.
