Hello everyone! Who’s ready for the holidays? Today, I’m sharing a holiday layout I created using the Sketchy Christmas and Joy Stamp Set along with some Oh Christmas Bits & Pieces.
To begin, I sprayed Colorations Sprays by Art Anthology onto white cardstock. The Indigo and Peacock Feathers sprays go perfectly with the die cuts. They are very close in colors. A perfect match if you ask me. I used the “Merry Christmas” and “Happy Holidays” sentiment as titles/sub-titles for the layout. I stamped the “Happy Holidays” sentiment on white cardstock using black ink and then I cut the image out using scissors. I used foam squares to pop it up off the page a bit.
I used a few die cuts, enamel dots and puffy stickers from Pinkfresh Studio. The embellishments worked with the color scheme I was working with. I added a few pieces of red because when I think of Christmas, think of the colors green and red.
Love the little scribble line from the Sketchy Christmas Stamp set. I used it just below sentiments at the bottom.
Thanks for visiting today!
Good morning! In Maryland, the kids went back to school today. My little man is in 4th grade; hard to believe! I’m hoping he gets a male teacher this year. Mix it up a bit… we shall see. Today, I’m sharing a fun, mixed media layout using the School Days Stamp Set! At first, I wasn’t sure how I was going to use this adorable stamp set and honestly, I do not have many good photos of my son on his first day of school because he never cooperates with me… I decided to look through my sister Katie’s pictures and then I came across a picture of Katie with her good friend Maddie and I thought it was perfect! The photo totally brought a smile to my face… two smart, beautiful girls who are best friends. They are still very close 8-9 years later.
To begin, I splashed some Sky Blue spray ink all over white cardstock. Then I stamped the “I heart school” sentiment down the middle of the page.
I stamped the school bus, eraser and A+ sentiment in black ink and then used markers to color them in. Then I used scissors to cut the image from the cardstock to use as die cuts on the layout. I tucked the black and white bits and pieces below the photo to add a little more black and white to really make the bright colors pop!
I added a few puffy stickers at the top to help fill in the white space.
Thank you so much for visiting today! Do you have little ones starting back to school today? This stamp set is perfect for scrapbooking their school memories! It doesn’t need to be their first day of school. Get creative…pull out their school pictures from last year and scrapbook them!
Happy Friday stampers! For those of you who do not know, I have a 9 year old son. He’s my pride and joy and he LOVES his mommy. Often at times, I’ll come home to find random treasures left on my desk from him to me. It’s so thoughtful and I just love that I’m raising a kind, thoughtful kid. Something we need more of in this world… More KINDNESS.
To begin, I splashed green and pink watercolor paint all over the white cardstock. Once the paint was completely dry, I added a few scribbles from the Happy Art Stamp Set.
I used a few Bits & Pieces-Totally to embellish this layout. The touch of black and white really makes the green and pink pop.
After carefully placing the photos down, I decided to use the today and thank you so much stamps from the Thanks Stamp Set.
I used a few embellishments from Pinkfresh Studio to embellish the layout. Totally loving the chipboard frame and puffy sticker word! I tucked a few buttons here and there from the shop. I love buttons because they add a hominess feel to the layout.
Thanks so much for visiting today. I hope I was able to inspire you to use your stamps more often on your next projects!
Hi everybody! I’m back with a fun mixed media layout I created using lots of pretty Bits and Pieces Love Coupons from the shop and the Happy Art Stamp Set and the Sketchy Alphabet Stamp Set. I used the scribbles stamp and Versafine-Glamorous Ink to stamp several scribbles in the background.
Once I was satisfied with the placement of the scribbles, I matted the photo with several pieces of snippets as shown. LOVE THESE!! They are super cute. I added a few more snippets at the bottom to make it more funky. Then I used the heart stamp and triangles to add a few more shapes. I colored them in using markers and jewels. I punched the butterflies from cardstock and used a variety of paint from Bad Girls Couture’s shop to paint them. Then I added some black splatters to break up the red a bit.
This layout is something different for me because I am so not a pink or red girl… BUT I LIKE IT on paper… 🙂
I hope I inspired you today to use lots of snippets and stamps/shapes on your next project. It’s super fun! I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Happy stamping everyone! I have another fun layout to share with you today using the Sketchy Alphabet and Journey Stamp Set. Initially, I only intended on using the filmstrip stamp and the “enjoy the journey”, however, my projects always turn out completely different from what I have planned. But in a good way. 🙂 My sister Katie moved to Colorado back in November and I am really missing her… So until I see her in a few weeks, I will have to settle with making pretty layouts for her.
I mounted the camera sticker that’s available in the shop at the bottom of the layout using a foam square. Love how these camera stickers are white because they can be colored using markers to make them work for just about any project.
I stamped the background using blue, green and pink ink along with the filmstrip stamp. Then I decided at the last minute… to add “go” to all the boxes using the Sketchy Alphabet Stamps. I colored them in using a blue marker.
I cut the “heart this” banner from the Today paper snippets and adhered it to the top of the photo. Then I stamped the “Enjoy the journey” sentiment below it using black ink.
To embellish the layout, I added a few embellishments from Pinkfresh Studio and Maya Road. Love the kraft butterflies!
I used molding pink paint to paint part of the layout pink then created the flowers using a stencil and molding paste.
Here’s a process video for this layout!

Good morning friends! I just sat down to look at what I’ve got plans for in June. So far, June is going to be busy with baby showers and birthday parties! It’s gonna be a month filled with lots of fun, I hope. I’ve been working a lot of hours so I’m due for some fun time.
For this planner spread, I used a few Bits & Pieces (Totally Bits, Hapiness) and the School Days Stamp Set along with the Date Stamp Set and Sweet Pea. Also, I manage to squeeze in some planner stickers from the shop!
What are your plans for June? Why not get a heads start and start planning with some stickers and stamps!
Thanks for visiting today!
Good morning! I’ve been documenting my plans for July. It looks like I don’t have much going on so far except for my sister’s annual 4th of July party and Edward is going to cooking camp for a week which means he will be staying with my mom… and I’ll be childless for the entire week! 🙂
For this planner spread I used the DIY Stamp Set and the Date Stamp Set. Also, you will find a few buttons from the shop. Aren’t they beautiful? I love them. I used the heart die cut from the Totally Bits & Pieces and a few Happiness snippets.
Love that “DO it yourself” stamp with the ink splatters! It’s beautiful isn’t it?
I used a few stickers from the Oh So Fun Sticker Set too. I cut it down so it would fit on the planner nicely.
Here is a closer look at the Date Stamp Set. Loving the font! I decided to use only black ink for the stamps so the images would really stand out.
I added a few cloud die cuts from Paige Evan’s Whimsical collection.
I cut the “Less work, more play” from one of her patterned papers. It’s perfect!
As I get closer to July, I’m sure I will have more stuff to add. I love how this spread has just enough stamps, stickers and embellishments, allowing just enough space for plans as well.
Thanks so much for visiting!
Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Rosemary here with my final Inspire Me Friday post for the year. This post is a little bittersweet as this is also my final post as a member of the Precious Remembrance Design team. I want to thank Dyane to asking me to rejoin the team this year. It has been a lot of fun designing with Precious Remembrance Shop stamps over the last year, but sadly I must say goodbye. My final project is one combining the Everyday stamp set with the Coffee Love stamp set.
For this card I decided to use a piece of embossed rose gold paper from a pad I recently picked. The papers are from DCWV and the pad has glitter papers in it, these embossed ones, metallic and several others. I just fell in love with the embossed paper and had to use it. I simply cut two pieces and adhered them to a panel of white cardstock that I had die cut with a rectangle die. To make my coffee cup I first stamped some white cardstock with the swipes background image from Everyday using Memento Desert Sand ink. I then stamped the coffee cup from Coffee Love over the stamping with VersaMark watermark ink and embossed it using copper embossing powder. Did that again for the center band of the cup as well as the lid. I trimmed out all the pieces and before adhered them I stamped the heart circle image from Coffee Love on the band with the Desert Sand ink and then stamped the sentiment from Everyday in VersaFine CLAIR Nocturne over the top. The band and the lid were adhered with foam tape and then the cup was attached to the card front. A clean and simple, but somewhat elegant birthday card!
Now that I have shared my final project with you I would like to share my favorite projects from the last year. First up is a card I made using the Daily Thoughts stamp set along with items from the Daily Thoughts Bits & Pieces pack.
This next project uses several different PRS stamp sets. The fun Sketchy Alphabet, Positive Thoughts and Blossom. Love the clean and simple design!
Another favorite project from this past year is this card. This card uses images from DIY and Little Things.
Do you see a pattern forming? Most of my favorites center around stamping! This next project is full of stamping with another favorite PRS set, Fall Colors.
My last project is probably my most favorite and I think showcases perfectly just how much fun you can have with PRS stamp sets! This card was made with the Beware stamp set, New Day stamp set and one of my go to PRS stamp sets: Positive Thoughts.
I hope I inspired you to pull out your Precious Remembrance Shop stamp sets and start mixing and matching to see what you can create! Have a very happy new year!
