Yay! Congratulations!:)

Happy 2020 stampers! Yay! I’m back sharing with you my first project for this year.

My project for today is so much fun to make! I enjoyed mixing the triangle shapes and  paint swatches  in one design.

STAMP SETS: Everyday , Happy Art

I kept my element colors pretty light since I want the sentiment Yay! to be bold.:)

Using just a regular black pen and ruler, I created those corners to add some interest and even added scribbles. Fun!

Oh how I adore this graph paper as well. Those lines are just a perfect touch that I’m looking for.:)

Remember, you can always use this design with different sentiments.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project. Thanks for stoppin’ by!

Happy Stamping!

Design It Monday ~ {Thank You So Much}

Hi PRS friends, Lisa here today with a trio of thank you tags. As another school year comes to a close there are always people to thank. Teachers, bus driver’s and crossing guards just to name a few. These cute little tags would be perfect to add to a small token of your appreciation. Take a look.

Project_20190519_0001 copy

I started by stamping the thank you sentiment from the Thanks Stamp Set onto rustic cream cardstock. Next the tag was die cut followed by stamping the second portion of my sentiment (School Days). I added the yellow hearts (Everyday) letting them flow off of the tag’s edge. Opposing leaves in soft aqua (Falls Colors) add just the right amount of interest without being in you face!

Coordinating ribbon and twine provided just the right finishing touch. I hope you like them and that I’ve inspired you to create some thank you projects with your PRS stamps!

It’s the Little Things in Life Layout by: Nicole Martel

Good morning friends! I’m back with a simple, but fun layout I created using the multi heart stamp from the Everyday Stamp Set by Precious Remembrance Shop.

As I was embellishing this layout, I realized that I wanted some more hearts on the bottom right-side corner, but I didn’t want to stamp on the photo itself. To prevent the additional hearts from being stamped on the photo, I covered that portion of the acrylic stamp with patterned paper. Then, I very carefully flipped the stamp over on the part that I wanted to stamp the hearts.

I bought these die cuts and paper pad from Clique Kits awhile back, but never used them. I forgot all about them until I was looking through my stash today to create a pretty layout.

I layered several pieces of die cuts at the top right-side corner of the photo using foams squares and glue to add dimension. I added a turquoise gem to the center to add more dimension.

I love that “it’s the little things in life” sentiment from the Everyday Things Stamp collection.

I outlined the “together forever” sticker using a black pen to make it stand out a bit.

Here is a closer look at the flowers. Isn’t it gorgeous? Love the watercolors!

Design It Monday ~ {Congratulations}

Hey there! I have a sweet congratulations card for you today. This one features images from the Everyday Stamp Set.

Project_20190307_0007 copy

I’ve created a little quilt for a baby congrats card.  After die cutting all of the patterned paper and the quilt frame, I inked up the hearts and hugs sentiment using Versa Mark ink. Next came the scallop panel. I lightly stamped one of the paint swipe images here and there, than added the gold embossed congratulations sentiment. All of this buttery yellow soft aqua cuteness was layered up with embossed polka dots, polka dot vellum and an extra sweet bow! The finishing touch was the hand dyed Seaside button.

Design It Monday ~ {Thank you so much}

Hi friends! Lisa here today with a clean and simple thank you card featuring the Everyday Stamp Set.

Project_20190311_0004 copy

We all have stamp set that contain small images. Many times they get overlooked because the set was purchased for the large images that caught our eye. The focal on this card uses the three small shapes from the Everyday set. They were stamped randomly using colorful inks on a white panel. Next came the sentiment and a touch of textured coordinating cardstock for interest. This was adhered to a white dry embossed card base along with a trio of rhinestones. Super quick, super easy!

Choose Your Gifts Layout by Nicole Martel

Hello everybody! I’m back with another fun layout I created using Precious Remembrance Shop’s Everyday Stamp Set. I have been trying to think of a fun, creative and unique layout I could create using the multi- paint splashes; I’m not quite sure what you call this stamp so we will just go with that. Also, I love that this set has a “Happy Birthday” stamp because this little boy of mine just turned 9 and I found a neat way to include the stamp on my layout.

I love the teal with the black. It looks so striking. I decided to add a little yellow to break up the colors a bit.

I started this layout by stamping multiple paint splatters so they were close together, but not too close.

Then I placed the photo at the end to get an idea of where I wanted to place the photo.

I pulled the “choose” foam stickers from my stash to use as a large title across the top of the layout. Then I used tiny sticker letters to complete the title with a little faux stitching.

I added some black hearts throughout the background to add dimension. Then I stamped “Happy Birthday” all over the background.

I felt that the top needed something more so I added the little speech bubble with a foam square above the title.

I matted the photo using some patterned paper and then tucked a card and mini tag behind it.

Here is a closer look at the journaling. As an after thought, I added the yellow word stickers. I like how they look!

Design It Monday ~ {Happy Birthday}

Hello and welcome to another installment of Design It Monday! I’m sharing a birthday card today using the Everyday Stamp Set. This card was super simple to create and could be used for more than just a birthday by swapping out the sentiment. Take a look…

I created a horizontal rainbow pattern using the sketchy image. My Misti made lining it up a breeze. After stamping the sentiment, I die cut the panel. I tried each of the rainbow colors to add as an accent and finally decided I liked green the best. Everything was popped onto the card base with fun foam. A twine bow to tie in the black sentiment and viola, one more for my stash!
