{Inspire Me Friday} Love You

Happy Friday, everyone!  It’s Judy here with my next card using the latest Precious Remembrance Shop release set, “Sweet Pea.”  With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, this is the perfect set to make a few “I love you” cards!

I kept things clean and simple by maintaining lots of white space on my card.  First, I masked the right edge of the card and then repeatedly stamped one of the flowers using “wet cement” dye ink.  I added a little black heart in between each flower.  Once I removed the mask, I added a strip of black card stock down the right side of the card, then drew several stripes with a glitter pen for some sparkle.  I colored the flowers with Copic markers, then highlighted them with Wink of Stella for more subtle sparkle.

The “Love You” script font is one of my new favorite sentiments.

(I wish my own handwriting looked like this!)

    1. Hi Candy, the font in our cards is designed by Lisa Elton and is part of the latest stamp set release named “Sweet Pea.” You can find it in the Precious Remembrance Shop store (link is above…just click “shop” and it will take you there)!

  2. Oh don’t I also wish I had Lisa’s skills at penmanship! So happy I happen to have it on hand and time I want to use it!
