Design It Monday ~ {Just for You!}

Hi friends! I have a project just for you today to inspire your Christmas gift wrapping this year. PRS has several Christmas stamp sets that will let you put personal touches on your gifts.

This little brown box had some kind of part we ordered through the mail. I love the cute size and decided to dress it up for Christmas. It started with the wreath from the Joy Stamp Set. After stamping it on a die cut circle, I added the small pine sprig from the Oh Christmas Stamp Set. One row along the outside of the wreath, one along the inside. I stamped them off first to give them a softer appearance. Next came the ‘Special Delivery’ sentiment (Happy Mail Stamp Set).

The focal of the wreath consists of three fussy cut stars (Oh Christmas Stamp Set) and a little stamp (Happy Mail Stamp Set). I used a tiny hole punch on the stamp to give it a realistic look!

The gingham and twine bow was jazzed up with a few fussy cut pine sprigs (Oh Christmas Stamp Set). Those teeny berries on the wreath were calling for some of my favorite aqua rhinestones. The paper doily adds a feminine touch. but you could leave this off if you need a masculine look.

Now what to put in this little box…hmmm…

Design It Monday ~ {Special Delivery}

Hi stampers, Lisa here today! I’m taking a slight departure from fall and holiday projects to share a pretty little tag made with the Happy Mail and Sweet Pea stamp sets. Another example of how the PRS sets coordinate so beautifully together!

17 1019 004 copy

This began with stamping the pea pod (Sweet Pea) and envelope (Happy Mail) images. They were colored with Copics and fussy cut. Wink of Stella was added to the pea pod and a glitter jelly roll pen was used for the teeny heart on the envelope.

The flowers (Sweet Pea) were stamped onto my die cut tag then the postal lines (Happy Mail). After coloring the flowers, the envelope and pea pod were added with foam tape. The sentiment and arrows (Happy Mail) were stamped onto a banner before adding it to the tag. A few teeny hearts (Sweet Pea) were added along with sequins as accents. A junk bow and chunky button top everything off!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Inspire Me Friday ~ Holiday Gift Card Holder

Hello, everyone!  It’s Judy here, stopping by with my final project for the “Happy Mail” release.    Have you gotten your hands on this fun set yet?  I do hope so!

Now that Halloween has passed, I will slowly begin working on cards and projects for the holidays.  Today I focused on making a holiday-themed gift card envelope.  I don’t know about you, but I find we give a lot of gift cards as gifts each Christmas!

11-3-17 PRS Happy Mail Project 4 IMG_8358

I die cut the gift card envelope, then masked the edges.  I stamped the “TO” and “FROM” using the “Happy Mail” set, then took small pieces of masking paper and covered spaces below each heading.  Next, I inked the entire front using Antique Linen distress ink.  After inking, I removed the masks.

Finally, I stamped the tree from the “Sketchy Christmas” set and added colorful Stickles all over as decorations.

This holiday project was quick and easy and could easily be mass produced.  Do you ever make gift card holders for the holidays?

I hope you have been inspired by the amazing cards and projects shared by the Precious Remembrance Shop design team.  We’d love to see what YOU create!

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Mail / Fall Colors by: Amy Tsuruta

Hello, I’m back featuring a project using some goodies from the Precious Remembrance Shop!   Today I’m playing with Happy Mail + Fall Colors!

I heat embossed a sentiment from the Fall Colors set in gold on vellum:

Fall Leaves red, orange, yellow, gold beautiful colors

The pattern paper is by Pebbles.  I stamped on both the front and back of the envelope using the Happy Mail set:

Something that I tend to forget but I think is such a nice touch is an envelope liner.  It adds a fun design element for the recipient.

Thank you so much for stoppin’ by today!!!!

Inspire Me Friday ~ Halloween Treat Box

Hello, everyone!  It’s Judy here, with my next project featuring the {Happy Mail} stamp set!

I made one more Halloween project, pairing up the {Happy Mail} stamp set with the fun  {Beware} stamp set and a die cut milk carton (shared with me from my wonderful design teammate Lisa).

I stamped images on each side of the flattened milk carton before assembling.  It was a lot of fun combining images from these two sets (along with some splatters from the {Fall Colors} set)!

Here is the front of the box, followed by views of each side as you spin the carton around:

I plan on filling this carton with some yummy Halloween treats for one of my little neices or nephews.  What a fun way to receive some goodies this Halloween!

I hope you have been inspired by the design teams’ projects this week.  Be sure to share your creations with us using #preciousremembrancestamps on your social media pages!

Design It Monday ~ {Special Delivery!}

Hidyho stampers! Lisa here today with a fun little Halloween treat bag that’s super easy to make. If you have a Misti you can knock several of these out in no time!

17 1013 002 copy

I lined up all of the circle images from the Beware stamp set on my Misti then stamped them with black ink. Next came the Open Me sentiment from the Happy Mail stamp set. Keep in mind how you want the bag to be opened when stamping this image. I colored the images with Tombow Brush Markers then added some glitter to the outer circle with a Gelly Roll pen. I decided to make the date image pop a little more, so I stamped it on purple cardstock then punched it out. It’s added to the bag with a big foam dot.

17 1013 003 copy

The envelope from the Happy Mail stamp set was stamped twice onto the textured lime green cardstock then fussy cut. I added more of that Gelly Roll glitter on the teeny hearts. After die cutting a banner, I stamped the deliver sentiment (Happy Mail). I added this to the tag then tucked the two envelops in.

17 1013 005 copy

I gussied up the tag with a fun junk bow then addressed it. This will go to the two little kiddos across the street. I’ll tuck it into their mailbox as a fun surprise on Halloween since Trick or Treat takes place the weekend before. Word has it they’re crazy for suckers! Looks like they’re getting treats from us twice this year. Its okay, they’re a pair of cutie patooties and totally worth it!

Special Delivery by: Amy Tsuruta

Hello, I’m back featuring a project using some goodies from Precious Remembrance Shop.

Today I’m playing with Happy Mail + Beware:

Here’s how I was inspired!  I inked up those fun circle images from the Beware set in a charcoal ink.  It gives it a worn look and just what I was looking to complement my design.  I wanted to have a handful of the images included on my card so I staggered them with spacing and foam adhesives.

I managed to include two sentiments, one from each stamp set.  The Happy Mail set is perfect for card + envelope designs:

This has already gone postal and hopefully it will brighten the recipient’s day!

Thanks so much for stoppin’ by today!!!!

Letters & Mails!

Hi stampers! Yay!:) Holiday season is fast approaching, we will be giving gifts , letters, or any happy mails soon. Busier months are definitely coming! Are we ready yet? Hmmm….. a lot of things to prepare for sure! And one of those things is to make sure it’s a special one. But it’s the thought that counts!:)

Today, I have another project idea using our brand new set Happy Mail Stamp Set.

I created a cluster of stamped images, the & is from a fiskars punch. The mini doily behind it adds a little softness to this card, I love that size, it’s cute and delicate!

The stamped border on the side adds a pop of color as well. And to make it more interesting, I drew a straight line just beside it.

Thank you so much for joining me today. I hope you got inspired with my simple card!:)

Happy Stamping!

Inspire Me Friday ~ Halloween Treat Bag

Hello, everyone!  I’m so excited that October has arrived because I love making Halloween projects for my little nieces and nephews!  I love the excitement of Halloween, the costumes and the scary stories, the coming of fall and the cooler weather…and who doesn’t love the candy?

My project this week features our newest release set, “Happy Mail,” paired with the fun “Beware” set.  I made a quick and easy treat bag for a little one…and I will likely make more!

10-6-17 PRS Happy Mail Project #2-1

I punched circles from card stock that matched the polka dots on my treat bags (from the dollar section at Target — a great find!).  On one side I stamped “TO:” while I stamped the “FROM” on the reverse side.

10-6-17 PRS Happy Mail Project #2-2

I combined stamps from both sets to make the topper for the bag. I thought the “open me if you dare” went perfectly with the upper-case OPEN ME!

10-6-17 PRS Happy Mail Project #2-3

I also thought it was a fun touch to stamp “Happy Halloween” directly onto the bag. Can you spy it at the bottom?

Create It Wednesday ~ {Happy Halloween Mail}

What an awesome Wednesday to share a CAS Halloween card and matching envelope using the crazy versatile {Happy Mail Stamp Set}…which I of course combined with the wickedly great {Beware Stamp Set}.

BewareHappyMail

My favorite color combo for the witching season is lime green, purple, orange, and black. Without the lime though, I’d be lost 🙂 I stamped the circular images from the {Beware Stamp Set} to create patterned paper. Using 3 nesting circle dies to created the focal point, I pitched out (put in the recycle bin) the middle ring so that the black card base would show between the out and inner most circles. I stamped the sentiments and arranged them from longest to shortest. This stair step look works great as a design element for CAS cards.

BewareHappyMail2

And who wouldn’t want to send this card in a matching envelope…which by the way, I’m really feeling mail art right now. The new {Happy Mail Stamp Set} had just what I needed!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you’ll take some time to create!
